We recommend bringing your car in no later than half an hour before closing time.

We recommend every two to three weeks if you drive regularly. However, how often you need your car washed will depend on many factors, such as how often you drive, where you drive, and where you park.
Regularly washing and storing your vehicle in covered areas can help maintain its appearance. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on your car’s surface.
A professional hand car wash is often more environmentally friendly than other car washing methods. Traditional car washes with automatic car wash machines can waste hundreds of litres of water per wash, putting strain on local water supplies. Furthermore, aside from just water wastage, washing your vehicle at home could send the water and chemicals into the street and down the storm drain, which ultimately flows straight into our rivers and the ocean.

The duration of your service may vary based on the wash package selected and the current volume of cars being serviced. Please consult with our site manager to determine the estimated time for your car to be serviced. If you're pressed for time, kindly inform the site manager, and we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. Ensuring your satisfaction with each wash is our top priority, and we take pride in delivering exceptional service.
While we are fully equipped to handle any wash or detailing service without prior booking, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment if you're short on time. You can reach out to us via email or phone to make your booking. This allows our staff to adequately prepare and prioritize your vehicle upon arrival. Please be aware that advance booking may require a prepayment for your convenience.
We’ll notify you via a call or a text message to your nominated mobile number when your vehicle is ready. Please let the attendant know when you expect your vehicle to be ready; we will do our best to accommodate you. You may leave your vehicle in our parking bays.
We’re always sure to send you an email with your receipt after we’ve processed your payment. We’ll also email you when you’ve made a booking to double-check that you’re getting billed for the right service.
We suggest the ‘Platinum’ if your car has been on extensive adventures. This ensures a high-pressure rinse, wheel clean, full exterior hand car wash and shampoo, complete interior vacuum, windows and doors cleaned and wiped shut, hand finish, dash clean, glass clean, tyre shine, and mud and bug removal. Optional extras can be added such as hand polish, or full detail to get your car that showroom finish. Speak to our site manager and they’ll be more than happy to help pick the right service for you.
